David Wilson joins as Managing Director and Emad Shahin joins as Investments – Head of Legal
17Capital is pleased to announce the arrival of two new members to our Investment team, David Wilson as Managing Director and Emad Shahin as Investments – Head of Legal.
Both are based in London and join from J.P. Morgan’s fund finance team. David was Head of Structuring for the EMEA and Asian Fund Financing team. Emad was Head of Corporate Equities and Fund Finance Legal (EMEA).

David and Emad join a team of 33 professionals, led by 4 partners. Their appointment’s follows the recent joining of Thomas Doyle as Partner, Jonathan Goldberg as Investment Director and Chris Martin as Senior Fund Accountant.
