The appointment follows robust demand for NAV finance and the achievement of a record debut private credit fund close
17Capital, the global go-to source of strategic financing for investors in private equity, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dane Graham as Managing Director, Investments. In this role, he will support the sourcing, underwriting and execution of strategic financing transactions in the form of preferred equity and NAV lending, and help grow the firm’s investment capital base. Dane will be based in 17Capital’s New York office and report to Robert de Corainville, Managing Partner.
Dane brings nearly two decades of strategic and financing advisory experience across the asset management, alternative asset management and wealth management sectors. He joins from RBC Capital Markets, where he spent the last four years as Managing Director within the Financial Institutions Group. Prior to that, Dane spent 13 years at Citigroup, most recently as Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group. He began his career at ExxonMobil.

Dane holds a B.S. in Business Administration in Accounting from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University.
