It saddens us to announce that our former Board member, François de Carbonnel, passed away recently.
Monsieur de Carbonnel was instrumental in the founding of 17Capital 12 years ago, and active on the board for 10 years. He remained an important member of the 17Capital family, despite his health issues, always available and keen to help.
He was demanding and taught us never to compromise. His vision and outstanding business acumen were also tremendously needed as we grew. But mostly, Mr de Carbonnel was a friend. His kindness and his generosity will be deeply missed.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, his wife and sons.
